If it doesn't work, just open the bottom of the case, and make sure that the gears are properly aligned. Takes 2 minutes, and I fixed mine this way. Hope this helps.

worked for me too. I got mine and it wasn't spinning. I started to take a screw out, and as I was unscrewing the screw, it started.

Lawlz, it was actually my mexican friend who gave it the smack. So it is the mexican way to fix things.
