You need to add Jan Berry of Jan And Dean. They had tons of hits from the latter 1950 s THRU 1966 when Jan had the car accident. Then he and Dean did touring as Jan s recovery progressed. Sadly we lost Jan in 2004 but he should be remembered for his talent and his inspritaion of re learning and rebuilding your life after a tragic accident.
