yes you do lvl in this game that maximum lvl is 200 and the map is 22 square miles in length i think or maybe kilometers one of the two. and you can have horses to ride and even special mounts just visit the website

Just download pirated Third DVD and install it, I think it will be playable, but not sure :-/

No. The in-game items are only available online. And you have to register the key to unlock it.

"Impossible"? Just go to the sacred2 website, you can buy a key from there and they send it to you via email.

Then you just activate it.
