It really bothers me how they censor swear words and phrases, in this case, when they were obviously written to express certain rage, anger, and are completely necessary for the song to blossom and show the real feeling of the artist. Life isn't always flowers and rainbows, and people need to realize that sometimes these words or phrases have their place. Music is an outlet for the heart and these words wouldn't be written if they weren't necessary.

I really like this song and find it really impressive that she writes all of her songs,but when she sings it it just doesn't sound right to me.I would imagine a song like this to be sung differently.Someone with Beyonce's voice is a better choice for a song like this in my opinion. And I know it's her song & she can sing it however she likes it,but in my opinion I don't really like her voice as much as I like this song.

@TheQueenGia There is nothing wrong with her voice here, she hits the notes spot-on. She is from Canada so she has an accent that sounds "weird" to me as being from the USA but it is her accent and that "weirdness" that I have always found unique and captivating about her voice. But, trust, she hits the notes...and furthermore, she isn't old

@athlonamd999 lol I didn't say she was old, I said she is GETTING OLDER which is true btw. Didn't this song come out in the 90's? Obviously she is older than she was back then in the 90's and she even looks a lot different now than she did back then.It's not a bad thing that she's getting older I didn't mean it as an insult I don't know why you fans take things so seriously and take things out of context. Everyone gets older no one stays young forever.Every year ppl get older.

@TheQueenGia I would suggest you listen to the actual studio version of this song before judging that Beyonce does it better. Beyonce doesn't put the anger or passion in it that it requires- but like the last poster said beyonce has one hell of a voice. Have you ever heard Alanis sing Uninvited live?? what do you think of that one?

I don't like when they censor words. I understand it is available for kids, but ayway, I don't like it. My little cousins were very happy when coming to Peru and listening to english songs without the censorship on the radio.

It really bothers me how they censor swear words and phrases, in this case, when they were obviously written to express certain rage, anger, and are completely necessary for the song to blossom and show the real feeling of the artist. Life isn't always flowers and rainbows, and people need to realize that sometimes these words or phrases have their place. Music is an outlet for the heart and these words wouldn't be written if they weren't necessary.
