This anime is very good/great. So is Rozen Maiden, both of those magical animes were probably the best ones of the 21st century. I would go so far as to say Nanoha is better then Sailor Moon. All Nanoha misses, is the romance. And if there were any hints of romance in the series, it would've by far been the best series possibly in anime.

All the characters? Since it's the second series with one of the less characters, they are: Nanoha, Fate, Hayate, Signum, Shamal, Vita, Zafira. These are the main characters in A's, ignoring TSAB. Nana Mizuki banzai!
