If you are in Roanoke, VA, and love preaching, then you might be interested to know that Paul Washer and HeartCry Missionary Society is coming to a church near you.
Oh my, it is y'all that require the gratitude! Thank You for your compassionate work. I wish it was more.
We hope that we will have the final $ for AdSense soon (Jan 31), but all told for Nov, Dec and January we believe our total will exceed $250 from just our ads not including the additional donations people have made to be included in the video!
We are on to promoting our next quarter, but will still ad all revenues to the end of Jan to the wonderful American Cancer Society!
I just got this message, thanks for your donation to fighting cancer. I lost my sister to breast cancer in 1994. She was far too young to leave us and I miss her so much.
Need to have more then just a few videos. Have you thought of planing trips for the summer yet ? I bet we could come up with a gas money drive to help out.
I am working on a dvd, less videos equal hight quality, I'll see what 5-6 looks like, may just do that and make them a bit less expensive?
I hope gas stays down for the remainder of the year, but we have so many more people and places to get to, I suppose we'll hitchhike if we have to ha ha
Oh and welcome back from vacation Scott! I have been meaning to thank you again for your idea, I know it doesnt sound like much, but this is 8-10 times the amount we donated from AdSense in the past. We are thrilled with it.
Wonderful! Wow - and so beautifully shot too! Looks great in addition to the fascinating story! I especially like his 'building block' or 'stumbling block' metaphor... makes you think. Merry Christmas!
I continue to love the stories you weave together, Dan. A pure pleasure to watch and learn from. Rev. Childress built his communities one rock at a time. Very inspirational, thanks for making this video and sharing it!!
I have two K-Town hats, one to wear and one to wash, but our Hound/beagle (Maggie) chewed a little piece of one and now I am running dangerously low. Ha ha
Thanks timr2001, Jan played the piano and had to keep a book balanced on her head. Ha that is what I think of when i see someone play, but your video was great!
This was very well made! A great story to be told and watched, thanks so much, your videos are like the rocks that are used to build strong houses with. Keep up the good work!
Your trailer for your new film "The Hills have Thighs" is a slice of Appalachian humor and fun that should bring many people a good laugh, It looks like a Hoot! best of luck
Daniel, I have been reading comments from you since the very first video I posted 2 years ago, and have appreciated more than you know your encouragement, Your opinion has always been highly regarded and we both hope you have a terrific Holiday, I keep telling Jan we have to hit the southern Illinois tour one of these days.
That is from the digital collection of the Library of Congress. It was recorded along with hundreds of other songs by this couple who traveled around in the 1930s recording people.
You should be able to find it online at LoC site just search Amazing Grace or Lomax 1939
I always enjoy your videos. You clearly put a lot of time into each and every one of them. Thank you for sharing your talent and hobbies, and for all the hard work you do as well. Safe and happy traveling.
