i did velocity training for soccer , and i lost like 5lbs of fat, but gained about 15 lbs of muscle within 3 months. it's a fantastic gym with great trainers.
would like some advice, even though I know a bit about this. Been training weights for 4 years, and Judo for 7, tae kwon do for 3-4 years, as well as some BJJ and some Ninjutsu and Muy-thai and a little bit of kung fu.
Having a fight in a little less then 2 months, a submission grappling match. Gonna do some of the stuff here, I have been doing quite a bit of similar explosive moves with barbells, as well as some high-rep resistance band training for muscular endurance. Been taking creatine as well as the usual protein. Also some tribulus terrestris. Maybe I should do some sprints and plyometrics as well. And of course some stamina training. I weigh 85 kilos.
