  • The wheels are 5 lug aluminum alloy with Porsche 5x130mm bolt patterns. The wheels you refer to are 4 lug 4x130mm pressed steel wheels used on 1975-1978 Special edition Karmann Super Beetles but they used to be dealer optioned and are called the Marathon wheels. I have 6 Marathon wheels stacked up in my shop for the next Super Beetle restoration.
