Just to clarify, this was a combo interpretation of both the Songs of Storms from Legend of Zelda and Dream of the Shore from Chrono Cross, hence "Dream of the Storm."
@DerekHuelsman I can't tell you how many times I've listened to this song. It's bloody fantastic! Do you by chance have it up on itunes or somewhere I can download it? I need it for a road trip I'm being forced to go on! It might be the only thing that keeps me calm and from killing my fellow passengers. Their lives are in your hands, sir!

i was thinking the same thing, so i looked into it and found this:
Dream of the Storm: This easily the best piece I have composed for piano and quite possibly my best composition period. It actually has two source tunes that are somewhat intermingled within it, but I take full credit for the arrangement and rearrangement of the piece.
That's the description he has on his website, so i'm thinking one of the two source tunes was the song of storms from zelda
