No, it was not vaccumm tested yet. Regarding the mobility, consider that the testing was done at 2.5 PSI instead of the 4.5 that you should have on Mars. That decrease of pressure adds to the great mobility. In any case, even at 4.5 PSI the mobility is great, way better than the Apollo suits.
