Honda take note, the only reason people do this is because all of your toys are gutless. THIS SHOULD BE A PROTOTYPE FOR A REMAKE OF THE ODYSSEY, you should get royalties for showing them how it should be powered.

Hi Lee, ive finally found some who has done a conversion, we are in the process of ordering a rotax snowmobile engine from the states to go into our baja 250 buggy we import from china, its a great buggy but just needs more power, 2 of our customers have already fitted a KTM525 and a honda V1000 engines but i would like to go down the snowmobile route as we like the cvt gearbox idea and the power,
not yet, i'm gonna speak to that guy and see if he can do anything for me today, but i've got a feeling i'm going to have to buy new, thats a £300 touch, Ouch!!
@lee1969uk That thing is insane, how do you keep the engine cooled?? i want to do something similar and my dad has owned and run plenty of sleds in his time, and says it isnt possible to keep the engine cooled, even though i kno that it is possible, how do you do it??
@lee1969uk ok, i plan on doing something like this with a utility quad engine and axle off of my buddies 1986 honda 250r fourtrax 4 stroke, and did you re-jet the carbs on your pilot?

I agree Honda should make this, but as far as gutless, it sounds like you've have never been on a CRF450R, a 250R or a CBR 1000 RR!

@touretteskid29 It is water cooled the same engine as a skidoo 800 04 so no problems as long as the radiator is big enough.
