I feel your arguments would be more persuasive if you avoided simply regurgitating numerical facts for the first half of your speech. I recommend that if you were to re-record this you should address the ethical issues surrounding altruism and the more practical aspects by which you could narrow the gap between the supply and demand of organs and organ tissues.
