I know this Sébelé village ,near Kaseke (asé'é)now in this june 2008 the bandit 14th brigade went there where they are in confrontation with Mai-Mai ,the brigade which was chased from four places because of their murderness , now we don't know why the military authority ,a rwandese officer commandant sent them to Fizi ,there were be a second war because he Mai-Mai doesn't support them and they can't let them destroy the population of Fizi.
