I sing it with my choir and first i didnt relly like this song but now, its just amaaaaaaaaaazing :D

  • your a's are a bit too bright but great job. I know first hand how hard this is. Bravo!!

  • The clapping sounds cool, when I performed this with the 2010 OAKE youth choir we didn't do it:(. But our conductor, Fernando somethingsomething Ruiz(his name was weird) was awesome! He's the American boy choirs director. It was great getting to work with him.

  • Why does it focus on that one red head? Her lips don't even move...

  • video suck. Sound good though

  • A todos aquellos que tengan interés en conocer la musica calentana, los invito a visitar mi Canal y dejar su correo, prometo compartirles gustos y sones calentanos.

  • Hey, I'm from Mexico and I love this song in our version as much as yours... Can you really send some of that music to me or something? And by the way, do you know how did the choirs star singing this song?

  • That was amazing

  • It's kind of nasal-y...especially the altos at the beginning, and the sopranos and mezzos at the beginning..unless you intended it that way.

  • you guys did an awesome like the pronunciation and body percussion is great, my choir however totally butchered it.

  • que padre que los sonoes de mi tierra mexicana se escuchen en todas partes. VIVA MEXICO!!!!

  • fantastic!!!

  • asta aa kon las weras mi pinotepaa aa las amarillas son ellas jiji nTc aa buena musika

  • oh wow, amazing job :)

this is a really challenging piece, especially the ending with the no no no na no's and the na na na no's but you did it brilliantly :)

I'm in the australian and we're tackling it this year, only just started it but it's great :D

    wonderful job

  • qe bonito cantan. where are you from?

el folckore mexicano es lo maximo

  • awesome!

we're singing this right now in our girls' choir.

  • I loved this song!

  • This is the best performance of this song that I've heard. Their words are crisp and I can actually understand what they are saying! That being said, their skill as performers could use some work. They should look excited to sing, not quite so nervous. Pero, bien hecho a todas!

  • actually the AIE is part of the song, my choir is singing it and it's such a fun song

  • I love this song.

We are singing it too with our choir (caloroso) it isn't on Youtube yet.

Bud this is very, very, very goood !

    x

Don´t be a fool!

  • our choir tried to do this frikkin song and at the last minute before our concerts we had to switch to a song that we did at the previous concert

  • Oh I miss this song so much! We did it in choir in ninth grade and it was my favorite of all the songs we did that year. Took it all the way to nyssma and came back with lv6 gold with distinction ^-^

  • Preñaba al 90% de ellas. Las reventaba a hijos

  • i loved singing this song....we sang it in 9th grade it was awesome!!!!

  • Las amarillas...umm...as in "the yellows"? Haha that works cause they're all blondies...good though. VERY well sung.

  • this is the hardest song I've ever had to sing!

  • same here

  • this is a mexican song the original it is a son Huasteco from the state of Guerrero ,Mexico, it is part of the culture of Mexico,VIVA MEXICO!!!,MOSAIC OF CULTURES!!!! in Spanish "volaron las amarillas calandria de los nopales ya no cantaran alegres los pajaros cardenales ..."

  • @luisg062007 It can't be a son Huasteco if it's from Guerrero, sones huastecos are from a region called Huasteca which is located in regions of Veracruz, Tamaulipas, Hidalgo and San Luis Potosi.

The right genre of this song is a GUSTITO calentano (from the region of tierra caliente in Guerrero Mexico)

    Greetings from Acapulco Guerrero

  • when i was a sophomoRE in highschool we sang this foR festival and got stRaight supeRioRs!!!

  • same, and we're going to state tomorrow for our groups.

  • wow! this is amazing! i typed in "las amarillas" because I was looking for the song my Mexican Folklore Dance Group dance. This sounds really nice and it reminded me of when I danced this song! its from the state of Guerrero which is my favorite state to dance!! Congratualtions, you guys are great!!!

  • Very well executed! I wonder if your choir has performed it with males. If you ever come to America on tour, and come to San Francisco, Ragazzi (an all male choir) will be happy to welcome you!! Bravo!!

  • Thank you! We are from Denmark in Europe. We are going to argentina in 3 weeks on a tour. Where are you from?

  • wonderful work girls! an congrats to you conductor. I lead a children´s choir in Chile and we would be amazed to get that score and Túrót eszik a cigány. How we can manage to have them? Please see our videos: Coro Voces . We have a version od Odd Nostroga´s Heim te mor, do you know him?

  • Wow. It is amazing to hear the dialect of that song sound so spanishy and spicy! I sang this same song last year for my high school choir in our select womens ensemble, and my director always said to make it sound the way you all made it sound- sadly we only did as well as American dialect girls could do-- it doesn't sound anything like yours does! It is really good! Congratulations on a job well done :)

  • This has been the best choir on here that I've heard almost be as good as my school's Women's Chorus doing this song. It was articulated and executed very well. Good job doing this song.

  • god this choir is amazing! I demand an American release of your CD! lol

  • I am living in California - That's a bit far away. My brother lives in Italy and my parents in Germany. But nobody in Denmark. You really make wonderful music. Las Amarillas is amazing!!!

  • Thank you so much :)

I have a lot of other music videos here. But if u are interested i can send u some music by e-mail.

We are going on a tour to Argentina this fall, so we are rehearsing alot :)

Im glad that u enjoy our singing. The other girls will be glad to hear it :D

  • Wow this is awsome!!!! What a great chorus you are!!!!!! I am blown away. Wonderful music. Have you made a CD yet?
