Great review, I saw this series about 17 years ago and hagen was my favorite god warrior. I think the anime wasn't a success in the states because it was heavily censored and besides americans are used to poor character designs, with cardboard personalities and stupid cliche quotes, which are absent in saint seiya.
i love those figurine they are done made very well packetging too. sorry for my english i am from france. niceto see someone who like to collect them :-)
The Odin Saga was a filler, never existed in the Manga (not that I care for the Manga). My two favorite saints happen to be in the Odin's Saga: Hagen Merak Beta and Siegfried Dubhe Alpha.
Asgard god-warriors are the best myth cloths imo: great looking armors(cloth)/characters and very posable figures(more posable than most of gold saints, Specters or Poseidon myth cloths). My favourite is Mizar Zeta
I have this beta figure. My gf gave it to me for my 37th birthday. I have him displayed with his visor down over the eyes. I'm waiting for the epsilon wolf figure to come out. That one looks pretty cool.
hey adam, i love ur reviews really good, nice work man, can u please review myth cloth, virgo, phoenix, radamanthys,n leo please, thanks so much man , very much appreciated
the color is not because they´re "bad guys" dude, it´s because the constellations can only be seen at night(duh), and that´s why the box is colored that way, so the constellation drawing can give that appearance.Great review by the way
Great review, but I can't help pointing out his Robe is called the Merak Robe, based on Odin's horse Sleipnir, and his star is just Merak, the second star of the Big Dipper; not a constellation. =]
He actually never used a cape but they included anyway- Thanks for the review it was a nice cahnge to ceck out more closely a figure ie been wanting to buy and this convenced me
Yes he does, when he ambushes cygnus he clearly wears one. Sigfried Alpha never used one in the series, but only appears in the asgard opening wearing it. Hey CollectionDX your myth reviews are great , I have some myth cloths too, cos i grew with saint seiya when i was little.

Couldn't care less about the viking dudes!
The odin chapter is my least favorite one.
All I care about is the gold saints and Hades chapter.

Nice review. Are you planning on reviewing more saint seiya myth cloth figures?
odysseus08 4 years ago
Yep, I'll probably have on average two a month. Sometimes more depending on the month. Later this month I have Pegasus Seiya and his Appendix. -Atom
