Right now its seems that blender is compiled with 2.6.2, yet python seems to have updated it to 2.6.6 and I cant find a download named 2.6.2... on the python site. I really hope the blender site will add some text on their download site to help users find the right files, more so then what they allready have. Just my opinion. :)

New System Variable

Variable Name : PYTHONPATH

Variable value : "C:\Python26\;C:\Python26\DLLs­\;C:\Python26\Lib\;C:\Python26­\Lib\lib-tk;"

That fix my missing python error

@timboiscool I think You go to blender directory create a new folder called scripts and extract it there or open the script in blender text editor

Thank you for your pleasent comment! If you want to save as CSS which I'm not sure you can but if you go to File > Export > you should see the ability to export as multiple file formats. Unfourtunately I am working on a cruise ship for the week and will not be at my pc until Monday. Hope you find what you need. Thanks again!
