I understand if he thought I was too young but he had NO right to put me down like that.

This is why I don't believe in these pre/post interviews with cast and crew. Most of the time, the interviewers are just flattery machines on a acting gig giving praise even though they know it was garbage. Funny enough, most of the time, the actors or directors being interviewed are self conscious about it, so their reactions are artificial. It's all about being fickle, typical hollywood vanity.

I think that SALVATION has been vastly underrated. The movie should have made more but too many fans said:

PG-13! Sacrelige! You can't make a dark and hard core action movie like Terminator PG-13.

I didn't like the movie, but i gotta say that the references to the other movies were well thought. Actually, i didn't find that it was adding something to the story, i think they should've stopped at T2. I never found the reason why they introduced marcus wright, seriously, and i didn't find that john connor was a caracter that we could identify to. And the T-800 ? Come on ! the movie takes place in 2018... 11 years before john actually send it in 1984... what was he doing there ? Well tried !

maybe... but i suggest you not to watch T1 and T2 before going see it. For my part, i watched the first two movies after i saw T4 and that helped me understand certain things... It is not a bad movie, it just doesn't add anything new to the franchise. But looking back at my comment, i have to say that Mcg knows what he's talking about, cause the film stays true to the originals in a way. You'll see that by yourself if you go watch it then watch the first two movies. Yes, you should see it

No, the film never bore me, the action sequences are pretty well done, and there's a lot, so... I found there was plot holes though, like T-800 being there 11 years before the events of T1... Marcus got more screen time than John, but I wasn't interested in Marcus so seing John only once in a while was kind of...boring, so yeah if something bored me was that we don't see the main caracter very much...

I havent seen T4, but I can tell you that the T-800 was in this movie because that model obviously existed before T-1. This movie is chronologically after T1, but takes place before the first T-800 got sent back in time. There's two timelines in the Terminator franchise. So if you think about, there had to be a T-800 in this movie, in order for it to be sent back in time during T-1. I'm sure T-5 will have something to do with the good guys stopping the whole time travel thing.
