the current drop rate is about 1 in 5000 runs, so you will be doing this for about 500 HOURS for an almost certain MPB. (calculated at 6 mins per run (no deaths))

im worried...i want to get the grenth costume but i dont know if i should because idk if i am gonna get banned...because i bought an account when i didnt know it wasnt allowed...so should I buy it?

You won't get banned, if buy more than 1 account. I have 2 accounts ( for storage ). Plus I bought the Costume package ( Grenth + Dwayna ) for my main account.

You need to pick up the quest for this dungeon, because you can't enter if you don't have the quest, plus it's only available on Wintersday event. ( you can find the quest in LA and Kamadan from an event NPC )

the lair is in Umbral Grotto. you access it from a dwarf npc in grotto (forgets him name) you gotta give him 4 map pieces. This version of the Secret Lair of the Snowmen is Wintersday event only
