  • best olive oil is Portuguese

  • I miss Heston's Feast! :)

  • If we are talking about authentic Bagna Cauda this Blumenthal recipe is far removed from anything like the original.

  • @jeanmunn Isn't that sort of the point of what Heston does? Taking familiar recipes and re-imagining them for a modern audience, whilst retaining enough core elements to maintain a spiritual connection to the original.

  • I love proper Bagna Cauda but this version is wrong. It's traditional and doesn't need reinventing. It's like me reinventing chicken soup by adding beef. Just leave alone.

  • Bella,una ricetta più leggera dell'originale!!!

  • Weirdest recipe for Bagna Cauda I've ever seen, good advert for Waitrose though.

  • Bagna caoda is a traditional recipe...and this version is completely wrong! This thing has got nothing to do with the traditional recipe!

    1- We don't use breadcrumbs

    2-We don't use lemon juice!

3- We don't use the mixer! All the ingredients cook together for a long time until they mix

4- "caoda" means "hot" in dialect. It has to be served very hot!

  • @MSpuffelena

Heston's reinventing it , he's a culinary genius you know

  • italy packages Spanish oil and sells it by saying it is of Italian origin! i just read it in the news

  • He's got another new show? I love watching him but I fear he might be going a little too commercial.
