@roddyjojo I blame the jury, despite Furhman there was plenty of evidence to convict OJ for Murder. People make a big deal about the glove getting to OJ's house...I do not buy that, Furhman was a smart guy and if he was going to plant evidence he would have planted it at the entrance to justify going in to the house to begin with. To think that he would go in without a warrant and plant evidence makes no sense to me. Besides even if he did take the glove to OJ's but all the physical stuff remain

When asked if he had planted evidence in this case - INCLUDING the blood found ON the glove from whence all the DNA evidence came, Furhman plead the Fifth - the right to protect against self-incrimination.
I mean that looks terrible. And it puts serious doubt into the jury's mind.

He did that to protect himself from perjury. He had to when the courts brought in the story telling he did to a book writer. All your comments about blood are uneducated as any blood found to match OJ's with such miniscule amounts of EDTA in them had to come from blood he left at the scene. @mjmitch33 Also, the blood samples taken from OJ himself, were mishandled (a technician kept the sample vial in her pocket for more than a day, for example) - they were mishandled so badly, that both defense and prosecution witnesses testified to their inaccuracy. The mishandling rendered delivery of accurate results from the DNA tests almost impossible.
Hence- reasonable doubt about the physical evidence.
Every piece of evidence - and the prosecution's case against Simspon - was doubtful.

Darden and Clarke prosecuted the case poorly.
Watch their closing arguments, Darden's specifically. He speculates on the circumstances: "OJ was a fuse, waiting to go off", he asserts. At his daughter's dance recital, "OJ was thinking about Nicole." On and on. "OJ renovated the house to remove the memory of Nicole."
Why speculate? Did they have experts TESTIFY to these things? A psychologist? No.
@HioPojac This was an attempt the prosecution used because they knew they were dealing with a weak jury selection. They were grasping at straws no doubt. Had the jurors been understanding of blood and science of DNA they would have convicted on that alone. The EDTA levels were so miniscule that the FBI and criminalist testified that they were 100 times lower that preserved blood. So that being said the blood had to be from the murder scene and not planted. Planted blood would show high edta
@HioPojac Much higher EDTA that was found in the murderers blood. DId you know at that time EDTA was still traceable in blood if you ate certain foods like fast food fries,mayo and pickles? OJ was at McDonalds eating a Big Mac the day before. The odds that the blood would be to the left of the show prints alone before OJ was even back from Chicago they knew the murderer had an injury to the left side. Not all coincidental items, all facts of the case that prove OJ guilty to a responsible jury.

When blood matching yours is found at the scene and you have proof that the suspect owned the same gloves, car was seen leaving the scene and the person runs from the cops while attempting suicide to me you have proved your case. Closing arguments are for arguing... he was guilty and the evidence proved that despite the juries willingness to admit it.

@curtisjones400 this is no more important than the evidence that OJ beat Nicole several times. It may show a pattern but a patter does not prove anything in the courts. His evidence is corroborated by many officers that did not know him and testified to seeing the same things. So the fact that he had racial issues is small since all the other evidence shows OJ was guilty.

Mark Fuhrman is not the bad guy he was painted as. He's not racist, and he didn't tamper with any evidence. His books are very open about his experiences, and the intense investigation into every case he ever worked on uncovered no wrongdoing at all. He is actually a sensible, compassionate person, and would be good to have on your side. FOX is lucky to have him.

The mishandling rendered delivery of accurate results from the DNA tests almost impossible.
Hence- reasonable doubt about the physical evidence.
Every piece of evidence - and the prosecution's case against Simspon - was doubtful.

Darden and Clarke prosecuted the case poorly.
Watch their closing arguments, Darden's specifically. He speculates on the circumstances: "OJ was a fuse, waiting to go off", he asserts. At his daughter's dance recital, "OJ was thinking about Nicole." On and on. "OJ renovated the house to remove the memory of Nicole."
Why speculate? Did they have experts TESTIFY to these things? A psychologist? No.

Had the jurors been understanding of blood and science of DNA they would have convicted on that alone. Mark Fuhrman is not the bad guy he was painted as. He's not racist, and he didn't tamper with any evidence. His books are very open about his experiences, and the intense investigation into every case he ever worked on uncovered no wrongdoing at all. He is actually a sensible, compassionate person, and would be good to have on your side. FOX is lucky to have him.

Mark Fuhrman did his job and the evidence was overwhelming. It was an incompetent jury [mostly black) that would not convict OJ. These black people, with the chips on their shoulders, should be thankful THEIR ANCESTORS traded THEIR own to be in a country like ours...USA.
