When the dance solo is done Heenim fixes his hair, stands up like a Boss, and rocks the performance!

If you VOMIT blood, that means something is REALLY wrong with you like, your vital organs. If Heechul were to VOMIT blood, he would NOT be able to keep dancing. He would probably pass out. :/ Shouting and making your throat bleed is different - not nearly as serious.

If this was blood, approximately 12 members would've stopped performing and have rushed to his side. I mean, we're talking about SUJU here, they care so much for each other that they worry about another member's life more than about their own (talking about the accident here).

@VasilissaDelLoonagh Hangeng left because of the constant pressure. If the pressure starts showing physically like this, SM is FORCED to give them a break, because if they don't, it'll get worse to the point of them not being able to perform anymore even if they wanted to.

Additionally, why would so many people still audition for SM if they were hurting their idols so badly. SHINee seem to be doing well. Also this was about 3 years ago, things have changed since then. Without SM these guys wouldn't even exist.

My dad knows a lot about film and stuff, and I showed it to him and he said with all the red (ex; his hair, the lights) it can happen. do you think if he started vomiting blood they would keep dancing? Vomiting blood implies something not-so-good with your body. :/ And he wouldn't have gone back to dancing after vomiting blood.

Plus, just a little tidbit - shouting doesn't cause someone to actually VOMIT blood, but it can make your throat bleed and you can cough that up. VOMITING blood suggests something seriously wrong with your body (ex; stomach, intestines) but not your throat, and is far more serious. So fans still don't have to be /too/ terribly worried. :)

@ljh134 I've read several articles before, & completely agree & support HanKyung's decision, but at the same time SM is just taking their job to the extremes.
They unfortunately do not share the same idol raising feelings as companies such as JYP & YG. SM could do a world of good to change the way they train their idols, but I also think that its their choice to train as they please, & the artists that choose to be with them should be full aware of the hardships. The SM bashing is like looking through a one way mirror. Unless someone brought anyone to the table with a gun to their head, you are supposed to read a contract before signing. Performing is hard work, but they want the dream just as badly as SM wants a return on their investment. I need a clearer video before making a decision.

I don't believe it's a nosebleed nor is he vomitting blood. It was said that due to the strain he put on his vocal chords to hit the rough, loud notes in this song he had begun to COUGH up blood. I think that's the case here. But it doesn't matter, because either way, there is blood coming from our Heechul.

I honestly don't think SM should be the bad guys here.
Idols know the consequences to signing that contract.
SM is trying to make these performers the best they can be, and sure, they don't care what it takes to get them there, but thats just the sacrifices made to get to the top.
I think Idols SHOULD leave if things start to tear them apart, physically or mentally, but thats their own decision.
If we told Heechul to leave because of this, that would destroy his dream.

@LetsgoNinja You can't just leave when you sign a 14 year contract and its not east working everyday without a day off for two years straight.SM are bad guys for being heartless and treating idols like they're not human beings.Leaving a contract isn't easy. They have to pay in compensation for the future songs, albums, performances, etc they will miss which adds up to millions of dollars. No exaggeration.

@ljh134 I've read several articles before, & completely agree & support HanKyung's decision, but at the same time SM is just taking their job to the extremes.
They unfortunately do not share the same idol raising feelings as companies such as JYP & YG. SM could do a world of good to change the way they train their idols, but I also think that its their choice to train as they please, & the artists that choose to be with them should be full aware of the hardships. The SM bashing is like looking through a one way mirror. Unless someone brought anyone to the table with a gun to their head, you are supposed to read a contract before signing. Performing is hard work, but they want the dream just as badly as SM wants a return on their investment. I need a clearer video before making a decision.

I most definitely can be caused by weariness, important efforts and the likes. @okwhateverfulable its highly unlikely it's drugs. korean entertainment is alot stricter about drug use in order to keep up their image and popularity. All talent has regular drug testing and if any history of drug use shows up they r out of the company. G Dragon from Bigbang is in a huge controversey right now because he accidently took a couple puffs of a doobie almost a year ago. Believe me, if it was drug use, Hee chul would probably not be in SJ anymore

I don't believe it's a nosebleed nor is he vomitting blood. It was said that due to the strain he put on his vocal chords to hit the rough, loud notes in this song he had begun to COUGH up blood. I think that's the case here. But it doesn't matter, because either way, there is blood coming from our Heechul.
