i made the ultimate beyblade which had a worn down pointed tip which gave it great stability it had a black dranzer top had a black draciel bottom and yes black draciel its not a real blade but it came in a draciel ds case along with the regular bottom and had a two weighted disks depending on who i fought if the person was bigger than mine which it probably was cause it was small i used the heavy one and i took on 6 tops and won but when i took on 7 and 8 i tied i threw them away though :(

there is no difference with or without.

people only take bit chips out because in battles they can get knowed out of the blade causing damage to the blade and also loosing your bitchip.
