Good points all around. One thing that I think makes JF777's position indefensible is just that the book of Genesis is unambiguously geocentric. You have to do some SUPER mental gymnastics to make seem that it isn't. I mean, God makes the Earth FIRST, and then he puts the sun and the moon IN THE SKY. You can tell that the people wrote this had no idea what a planet was. And JF wants to say that science supports the Bible.
