  • Thank You for all the hard work you did on these test. I appreciate it very much.

  • Incredible video, it will highly influence the ammo I will purchase to possibly save my life. Thank You for your hard work.

    Stay in Condition Yellow.

  • @jhloewe Thanks!

  • Very good testing series, great job showing all results side by side. Thanks

  • HST vs T SERIES???

  • Outstanding vid... When people ask me what ammo is the best... I just give them a link to your vids... Thanks for your hard work on making the best ammo vids...

  • Thanks!

  • Andre, thanks for your work into making this. I know it was fun to make, but there are some of City folk (I hear the chicken crowing in the back) who dont have the privilege of having an area we conduct our own experiments. I definitely gained and appreciate your work into this. Thanks again.

  • Great comparison. I've got it narrowed down to the ranger-t and the hst +p, which one do you think performs better and why?

What happened with the gold dots? Thanks.

  • The gold dots I had on hand are an older version. The newer version we tested in .40 S&W did much better. In my opinion, the Ranger-T's are top dog, with a close following by the HST round. I am hoping to get some of the current production gold dots to test in the next batch.

  • the cci is very good. Plus u can actually find this ammo unlike the ranger and HST. unless u hunt around for it.

  • awesome video thank you, you have provided me with a great service.

  • great video.

  • The hornady 230+p is an updated bullet design. The lead alloy is much harder than what they use in the standard pressure 230 or 200 grain loads. Our department issues this +p load because of its ability to hold together after going through all kinds of barriers...windshields, auto doors, walls, ect. Outside of a department discount you can get these for about $15 a box down here in alabama. I think we pay around $11 or $12 a box. Our hardball ammo cost us more than that.

  • is it just me or does 45 ACP seem to have more consistent performance over a greater number of cartridges than some of the other loads available?

  • its not just you

  • nice!
