Gail is just a commercialized food author who acts like a know it all but knows nothing at all while Tom is just your typical Drive Through Mcdonald's chef. Throw Gail and Tom a hamburger bun and meat and they will praise you like you're God. I know this because I have eaten at Craftsteak in New York, the food was so BLAND! Tom goes by saying he likes his food simple yielding good flavors and not too complex, but yet his food is still simple and doesn't yield good flavors. What the hell Tom!!!
