Hellish? Yes, I was smoked after going through this routine the first time. But I loved it, and have performed it many times since. A great alternative to a "standard" KB session. And an excellent gauge of just how good / rubbish my conditioning is. Thank you, Pat Flynn!
Wow, I don't have access to kettlebells to I tried to replicate this with a dumbbell. I got halfway through before realising that 11.5kg is too much for me. Very humbling... Will have to try this with a lighter weight.
