I've had the album for many years. This song is my favorite. Although I don't know a whole lot of Swedish, I'm translating the title to "When it's suffering towards Christmas"

Obviously I am reading something wrong.

The title means something "When time is going toward christmas" or in better English "when it soon will be christmas". This use of the word lider is old-fashioned and uncommon.
