this guys facts have actually made me think more about this than anything else so far, i'm sittin here thinking of the real possibility more than ever..all the documentaries i've watched n all the tom grant listening, these few facts have got me thinking..da stuff of how she was n what she said..n i didnt know about the guy who came out n claimed he was offered the hit..this murder culd have been VERY easily set up 2 look like suicide, especially with kurts history n shit, also da stuff in rome?

this obviously points to the fact that the shooter was unaware of the "burglar" shot, and once the shot was made tried to make it look as though the re-coil was less severe than it should have been. Why else would courtney want the photos destroyed? That and there was no blood spatter, just a pool under his head, which means he didnt start bleeding til he hit the floor. How do we go from knowing she did it to proving she did it?? And where the hell is Michael Dewitt these days??

The only thing we can do is help spread the word and hope the case gets reopened so a proper investigation can be done. The last I heard Cali Dewitt was living in LA. He started an independent record label called Teenage Teardrops and is part owner of an art gallery in LA called Hope Gallery. If you search on his name in youtube you'll see a short video someone took of him (but I don't think they are aware of this case).

I think the crime scene photos are really the key to PROVING the murder. The morphine level is suspicious but tolerance in any given individual can vary dramaticly (as I learned from my Doctor) its widely known that kurt was not found with massive wounds to his head that would be consistent with a shotgun blast. Leland Cobain states that Kurt had the first shell of the gun emptied to scare a burglar, which is consistent with kurts wounds. why would you shoot yourself with an empty shell???
