  • King Me is tough too.

  • Guitar only for this song?

  • Jesus Christ himself was the only one to dislike this video.

  • When everything becomes irrelevant

    once the sky tears open

fire rains down fire rains down

the 4th world comes to an end

Push the button light the match

    feel the fault lines detach

    crosshairs in the evening light

i sit and watch the city burn tonight!!!

  • those last few moments of the song really showed how much emotion blythe can put into his vocals. never heard him sing like that before

  • 4:27 - i have never heard that side from him before

  • I love everything about his scream. Highs, mids, lows.. .. . powerful voice !!!! He has nice effect as I can hear. Very cool. I did a drum cover of this song so if you like drums check it out. You will like it for sure. Keep metal

  • satan disliked this. Fucking pussy.

All Hail Randy Blythe \m/ \m/

  • Randy is the devil o.O

  • i wondered why he was breathing so hard at the end, and then i tried to cover it...

  • @kilborn666 yeah this tunes pretty taxing on the old pipes :)

  • I could listen to his voice all day.

  • omfg randys a beast

  • i really dont think anyone else on planet Earth could express such wonderful lyrics so FUCKIN BRUTALLY!!!!! THE CITY BURNS TONIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • randy blythe is nothing short of a metal fucking god.

  • This gives me fucking goosebumps even more than listening to the complete song, at the same time makes me smile of how awesome Randy's vocals are. xD

  • damn duude..so scary.. lol

  • 1:45 sounds like the biggest, baddest brute xD

  • yes when i heard this, i imagined him standing on stage screaming poetry

  • It's so brutal. You can hear him breathing. Even with all the instruments playing.

  • they should have got him to do the noises in The Grudge.

  • Chuck Norris just shat his pants

  • Randy's got such a powerful, brutal metal voice

  • Fuckin Randy, hes the man no doubt, take that you soft metalcore ''singers''

  • brings chills. especially the heavy breathing shits fuckng brutal!

  • 3:35 .....thats some pretty scary shit i know id freak if i heard that in the middle of the night

  • @megadeth6999 It sounds fucking awesome.

  • i lmaod at waiitng a whole minute and outta nowhere ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!

  • Fuck the 0 people who didn't like this lol

  • haha this sounds kinda funny with just vocals

  • cant believe i actually listened to the entire thing lmao

    love this song!

  • i think randy killed satan, stole his vocal chords, then had a surgery to put them in his thraot... kickass!!!

  • @eminemred123 He put them in himself.

  • @eminemred123

nah, Randy has been using his own vocal chords.. yeah hes the best

  • *jizz jizz* Randy is a fuckin beast

  • The screams at the end send chills down my spine every time I hear them.

  • 1:39 to 1:49 is my fav , fuckin sick

  • hell yea!

  • You should take this and match it up with the instrumentals and see if you can get it perfect

  • i want to be this guy.

  • You gotta change your name then.

  • OMG Randy's vocals are sooo good. they sound almost non-human.!

  • 3:23 is sickkkkkk

  • what's the sound at roughly 3:35?

is that a growl or some kind of synthesizer effect?

  • its the sickest shit

  • @sqazsquat - I think it's both, with Randy's voice having a synth effect attached to it.

  • @sqazsquat probably a added vocal, lots of overlapping in the studio, so he probably did a really hollow growl really low down for the kinda echoy reverb there.

  • @Rekilots my brother is convinced that it's a synth effect and i'm convinced it's vocals. so far you're the second person to support me. no one has said it's synth yet. then again, my brother is a musician and knows what he's talking about (most of the time).

  • where can i get the instrumental edition for Reclamation ? if you have it plz help me

  • i'm portuguese and i saw lamb of god at alive 09 and he sounds like that! \m/

  • Even if he doubles or triples his takes, still live he sounds as on the album!

And I don't think he uses effects on his voice. How come when you look for effects you don't find some on the net or in music shops? Strangely just famous people like Randy know what kind of effects to use??

Of courses he uses Eq, compression (occasionally distortion like in the middle of the song) and Reverb, but that seems normal to me, it would sound dry otherwise.

  • @dagobantoine if the studio version sounded like this live why would you go see live? Live is different and Log intends for their music to be just as powerfull, but the studio and record releases are STRICTLY for the consumers enjoyment, touring is to get their sound out there.

  • The only fuckin effect he is using is some kind of echo that mother fucker sounds just like that.

  • @Lamb00FGoD

It's true he has an awesome voice, and his growling is immense.

But he use's triple tracking to get a greater sound

  • Randy Blythe is the voice of brutality !!

  • tht is so heavy RANDY ATTITUDE MOTHER FUCKER

  • Blythe's Voice would make satan afraid of the dark..

  • yea satan must be shitting bricks. LOL

  • XD

    Yea...fire bricks..lol

  • Blythe is fucking brutal! You should check out Mortuus in Marduk! That's Satan him self. Marduk is not a good band tho...

  • Marduk Owns, fuck off.

  • Yeah you know i like them and my band is recording in their studio next year.. but i like lamb of god better, that was my point.

  • @xWalleRx amen

  • who cares if he uses some effects. his voice is still the best in metal EVER and its not like hes cheating they are making what already sounds badass even better

  • spelled hear ;)

  • Randy owns

  • Randy is fuckin awesome man............No words...

  • WTF? No guitar one but everything else???

  • wmg

  • @MapexRG

  • @Bloodjunkie66649 Tell me, do you hear any drums?

  • @xXMusicXx1307 *Facepalm*

He was talking about the instrument tracks uploaded.

  • @2xy3 I see

  • One the best vocalist in my opinion.

  • one of the best....THEE best! Randy is fucking awesome

  • i think hes the best in metal history

  • I'd put him right up there with Halford, Anselmo, and Dio. IMO

  • hearing him like this makes me think of him doing this in a huge temple haha, thatd be cool

  • Imagine Randy standing at the edge of the Grand Canyon.

    Metal.

  • Too metal for words.

  • @Edgeofthedarkness I lol'd

  • @Edgeofthedarkness thats not metal thats lame... imagine him standing at the edge of one of hells highest cliffs staring at one of satans infernal tornados spinning fire and flames filled with millions of disease ridden corpses

  • @knoxled Yeaaah..

  • "The earth will shake and the waters will RISE!!!"

  • 3:35 is that his voice or is it somehow depitched cause that is very very low

  • sounds like synth to me....but since its technically the vocal track, im guessing they detuned it...

  • yeah definitely had some effects no doubt

  • i think its only echo!

  • wtf?!!!!! effects?? the only effect they gave him was the echo!! randy's voice is as real as my balls!!!

  • cant be to real then lol

but yeah he voice is mostly like that. but live there is a fuck load of effects. so they have to have like a tiny bit of them here.

  • no there aint...

  • listen to the interviews and u can here that his throat is stuffed coz of drinking and smoking, but there is a god damn amount of reverb, echo, and other metal vocal effects, like if u watch the "Sacrament" DVD then ull here his voice sounds alot different from the play back.

only minamal effect amount, but there is alot of different ones,

just to tell all the fans! ;) in the speaking bits there isnt any effects but there is sum for the high shit, it has a bit more than the low stuff

  • no vocal effects live i mean..

  • nah nah, like the whole killadelphia tour and walk with me in hell (DVD) u can here when hes talking that there is a hell of a lot of effects going thru that mic.

anyway who cares, hes a true mutha fuking legend and i love his work!

HAIL LAMB OF GOD MOTHER FUCKERS!

  • @lambofwrath95

    just stop

  • he doesn't drink anymore. idk about smoking

  • He doesn't drink anymore? Really? Wow.

  • lambofwrath95, if you listen to any band, you will notice that EVERY singer has a fuck load of effects. So, you really have no argument.

  • love the deep growl from 3:34- 3:46

  • For atmosphere.

  • how do you get these?

  • You have to buy a Deluxe Edition to get the vocals, bass, guitars, and drums all seprerately.

  • could u put up Guitars Only for this 1?

  • gotta love the breathing at the end there

    this song was amazing live

  • cuz it sounds better... they have done that on every album except maybe New American Gospel

  • his best scream ever is at the last minute or so of this song. hes going all out and screaming about the end of the world.

  • i love it...you can feel the passion in his voice...even over the guitars, bass, and drums...

  • this is fucking crazy thank for putting this up

  • BADASS
