Yes 295 Km/h is the ground speed, but it isn't the take off speed, the airplane is capabale to lift up, at even lower speeds, because the airspeed is esential. The airflow around the wing profile, and that differs from day to day, because of wind changing in speed and direction.
@cycleandrei environment (temperature, pressure, wind, rain) does play some part in take-off but in my experience flying B737-400 and B777-200 usually the weight is the main factor, the different of VR (lift-off speed) of an empty aircraft and a full load aircaft can be as much as 30kt (ard 55km/h)
