  • I'm about to start month two after this recovery week. I don't really have the energy to do it almost every single day but I try as much as I can. I have a full schedule on my hands right now so it's hard.

  • is this more for cardio/lowering body fat, or strength? kinda seems like p90x, with more cardio

  • This is a lot of cardio but with just using the body for the strength traiining. It is intense. I have done p90x and thought very hard this is way harder! I modify some of the movements to make it thru that is how hard it is. I am not in bad shape been working out for yrs. this is derangement!

  • Base set is 10 discs and deluxe set is 13 disc which also comes with a 60 day supply of recovery and results formula...

  • What's up man? I just finished the Insanity Plyo Cardio Circuit and it was crazy. I didn't sweat this much with P90X plyo. You know I breath and die P90X but shoot I am alternating Insanity Plyo and P90X Plyo each week.
