This is so fucking stupid it is mind blowing. Useless information, you could do everything they say in, here, have no job and have unlimited money, eat very healthy, and still, one day BAM! You end up in the emergency room, because you can't fucking sleep, and your blood pressure has dropped so low, that you can't see out of your eyes. This happened to me, and this is not help, it's just a shitty youtube video. I was looking for alternatives to the steroids I was prescribed!
