Whoever said Diabetes is life changing it is, but so is cancer. Cancer is far more hard to have then anything, the Chemo treatments, the radiation. Knowing that if you find it to late there is no hope, however with diabetes there is never a bad time to diagnose it, and its always taken care of. Cancer can go unnoticed for a very long time. Be thankful you didn't almost loose both your parents to cancer.

He's definetly not the most important person in the world. And people do pay attention to them. In Kindergarden I had a bestfriend with diabetes who couldn't play at recess unless she gave HERSELF her inculin. And there's a possibility I may have it too! I have the symptoms & it runs in my family! I just don't have it confirmed yet!

i was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes on sept. 23 when i was 14 and now im 16. its been a whirlwind of emotions. it was a tough time, where i thought i wouldnt be able to keep going. i wanted to quit, and i moped around alot.
