People should never get thrown onto the streets and made homeless, totally agree. and the situation is getting worse than ever. this news in 2008, now the code enforcement has been abusive, ridiculous laws and codes and each little county has their own policy. If you move to a house with violations, you are responsible for the violations made by the former homeowner in the past. It is a nightmare the code enforcement in this country, it a nationwide abusive mafia . the government.
