hey butter, if you want the snow heads to go away you just go on storage devise on your system settings and press Y on the hard drive, once it comes on there should be a option that says "clear system cache" and press yes. once i did this it gave me an update and once i joined a game i didnt have the snow heads anymore. im not 100% it will work but it did for me so give it ago. :)
