@grizzlyten all of that is true. but i don't think we have ever been too kind to nature, and definitely not to each other.
i have been to some stunningly beautiful places around the world. but as soon as you get anywhere near any sort human habitat it hits you so hard what a mess we make of it. i'm not blaming the poor that live there, we are no better.

@kate4ever1 Thanks, Dave. I agree it can be discouraging at times when we look around at the world today. Seems that somewhere along the line we've become disconnected from nature and from each other, and have lost sight of what's really important in life. I really hope we can find our way out of all this darkness.
