it might be hairspray. you can use hairspray to seal your make up. way before the setting sprays were made, some dancers would use hairspray on their face, just be careful with the eyes!!

oh god. these are absolutely incredible. it just goes to show how much talent makeup artists really have.... there's so much thought and detail put into each look so it's hard to pick just one! although joeys is unreal and sparkly, and fatima's is just so exotic.... im gonna go with jenns, though at first, i thought her look was too abstract, but what she did with the mac containers was GENIUS! she made it even more flawless with the rings and tubes, and the wig. creativity at its finest.
