@miranda7771 Pero conviene recordar que "Cerezo rosa" alcanzó notoriedad al incluirse en la Banda Sonora de la película "La sirena de las aguas verdes" (Underwater!), a pesar de que esta superproducción de 1954 había sido un descalabro económico del famoso Howard Hugues, que quiso convertir en superestrella a Jane Russell.

I think this version is perfect for dancing the mambo. But for listening, nothing beats the original. This is my all-time favorite song from the greatest Cuban bandleader of all time. I lost track of how many copies of this song I have in all different formats. One thing I do know--I'm taking this song with me to the grave. No way am I leaving it behind, that way I can listen and dance up in Heaven as well.
