  • Awesome vid!! I like how you've got the volume set so you tell how well the suppressor is working. sounds like a 22 shooting but a 45 hitting...and the slow mo!! I want your job!!

  • stop shooting at a tin can. For god sakes. I would rather hear the dam suppressor than a tin can in the background. Try recording it again with the volume down just a tad. Great video though

  • @ghostb72 Dude, that's a steel plate...

  • calm hand dude

  • I don't think that this is a a Tactical. It looks like a regular USP .45 to me. Look at the sights.

  • It's a compact tactical. That's why it has the different sights.

  • No, that's what I mean. It has normal sights, not the taller Tactical sights.

  • Also, there is no possible way that that's a Compact. Look at the trigger guard, not to mention the size...

  • omg this video shows me how useless a silencer is !

  • What the hell is a "silencer"?

  • tis thing he has on the "pistolenlauf" it supresses the noise !

  • Hence the CORRECT name: "Suppressor".

  • okey thank you :D

  • Comment removed

  • The loud noise is the bullet hitting the metal target, not the gun.

  • okey

  • cool

  • too bad it's vaporware :(

  • lol reminds me of the price is right, with Bob Barker.

  • Shoot something that doesnt make noise!!!

  • i think the test is trying to emphasize the fact that the round impacting the target is louder than the muzzle report...

  • Most people put silencers on, because that have an upgraded barrel that sticks out of the gun so they use the silencer to cover it up.

  • What States can you get A class THREE?

  • You don't need a class III license to own one you just have to have a class III to sell them. In order to buy or own one you just have to fill out certain papers and pay a huge tax and go through an extensive background check.

  • Yeah I know you don't need one to own one just for selling them like machine guns. I think the tax stamp is 200.00 not sure. I want too know where i can buy a .22 auto. I've seen few websites. Man is it ever a pain is the ass to purchase one! That really sucks I've heard of some people just fileing down the bar and making there own from a 10/22I know all the lawsand what you need to to get one and its truely a pain in the ass. They made it that way of course! bastards!

  • it makes them look way cooler

  • they are better than you think.

  • They are better than you think.

  • ahh, airsoft. such fun, anyways. I sometimes wish I didn't live in Minnesota, then i could get a class III and do cool things like this.... but with a Sig226. or 220 I guess...

    Nice camera!

  • whats up with the cling! sound?

  • It's probably a steel target. It disperses the energy of the round in all directions parallel to the target's surface and doesn't ricochet. (The bullet explodes!)

  • Have you ever shot a steel target? The bullets do not explode, they flatten to some extent, and do fragment some, Oh and sometimes if the angle is wrong, or it is nice and close... They come straight back... Ouch! I shot IPSC for years, and bullets go everywhere off the steel.

  • nice video!

  • suppressors are completely legal (in all but 19 or 20 states)

all you need is a class three license and have to pay a one time only tax stamp to the government

I believe. I could be wrong on a few points but for the most part this is true

  • arent silencers illegal, haha and how would i get one, msg bak

  • If the state allows them you simply need to have a title 3 NFA license and pay the $200 stamp tax.

  • You don't need a class 3 license. You just need to fill out the paperwork and pay the tax.

  • If only he wasn't shooting a metal target... hard to separate that from the sound of the pistol, and the slo-mo doesn't help much.

  • i love this gun i just got it and im sending in my papers to ATF to get my suppresser. it shoots so smooth and has great stoping power.

  • What ammo were you using? I just shot my glock 21 with a jarvis threaded barrel and a gemtech blackside silencer (45 acp) and I was getting jams left and right with plain 'ol remington. I was thinking about trying something +P to help it cycle.

  • It is not the ammo...it is the gun. Glocks do not work well with suppressors. They need the frame to flex to stay reliable and most suppressors add too much weight.

  • AAC makes suppressors for recoil operated pistols. it uses gasses from the round firing to keep the canister light and level with the barrel. so glocks do work well with surppressors.

  • oh, cool. I should try that out =D

  • i don't have a glock, but guns that using a browning style tilt barrel system normally require a booster to allow proper cycling (the gun in this video (the hk tac) requires one)

  • I don't know much, but one thing I do know is Heckler & Koch Universal Self-Loading Pistol .45 ACP when I see one... and that my friend, is no Glock.

  • re-read the thread... no one said it was a glock... in fact i own a hk tac, so i certainly know one when i see one :P

  • I would not use +p ammo, You will push the bullet above the speed of sound...

I would call Dr. Dater at Gemtech.

He is a nice guy, and very infomative.

I am sure he could help you out.

  • Robert is soooo HOT!!!

  • nice slow mo !!

  • i'll take 2!

    what's the -dB wet?

  • db's are how you measure sound. and a silencer suppresses sound so if it says -40 db that means it suppresses the sound of the blast by that much. and about the wet part you can put watter in the silencer. it makes it even quieter.

  • lol, i know the definitions... i was asking what -dB wet this can produces... lol

  • Speaking of -dB wet... what are using (forgot the term) to make it wet? Lubricate it? Water or some form of industrial grade oil?

  • Packed with oil, grease or other lubricant.

  • I believe it is 28 dry and 40 wet.

  • Awesome!!!!

    Great pistol. And great suppressor.

  • can you still use the sights

  • yes they are tall sights. i have one
