Hm..if you mean the character sprites, then yes it look like Xenogears but still the only game I can think which is ~somehow~ similar to this is the Star Ocean 2 and thats because of the battle system.
The scenery also reminded me of Xenogears. And the cut scenes a bit. The whole game feels a little bit of old Square and old Enix and a little of something else. If it ever gets fan-translated, it'll probably be right up my alley.

I guess I was mislead when the video title said "gameplay". Most of it was cut scene in a foreign language.
But still, the game intrigues me. Reminds me a lot of Xenogears. I wish I could see some COMBAT though.

Its turned based but in the fight scenes it transforms to an action RPG!
