i just completed this game about 5 minutes ago on the dark side and i was like sh*t, f*ck NOOOOOOOO i wanted to continue my adventure and go back to all the other planets and i guess i just died on malachor 5, i wanted to see revan and tell her that carth onasi is waiting for her, i wanted to get fuel to telos, AHHHHH soooo frustrating, i guess i will just play through as a jedi now and see what happens there, excuse me im just going to go and cry D':

The Exile stays there, assuming the mantle of Dark Lord of the Sith and - like Kreia proposed - waits for someone to arrive, to train him/her.

Were there a KOTOR III, I would be heartborken if I had to kill the Exile...

Kotor: Jedi Exile and Revan meet for one last time from the mandalorain war. The Exile find Revan battling the true enemy of the republic. Revan and the exile defeat the true enemy. They go home. Revan (male) return with Bastile. The Exile (female) return with atton rand.

Bioware had created mass effect 1 and 2 and it was amazing.The story was Amazing. Dragon age was bloody awsome but why the fuck U had make Kotor 3 a mmo bioware. Make kotor 3 force unleash style and I be damn amaze U can fit the groups thing prefect but I be more amaze if U can make the best storyline ever.

if you want a kotor 3 then just wait, there is a massive mod for kotor 2 called the revenge of revan and is suposed to be as good as another game

this game left me on a massive cliffhanger. I want to know what happens to the exile and revan in kotor III, not some stupid star wars version of wow. I hate mmo's, their time wasting and money grabbers!! I think obsidian entertainment done a smashing job with this game and stayed loyal to the first one. Bioware has justt made one of their biggest mistakes ever!!

@naaz08 Every party that made the original KOTORs made a huge mistake with making a damn mmo with this series. It cant even be part of the story, the idea of one lone jedi or sith shaping the galaxy. Although, I kind of like the cliffhanger here, and I rarely enjoy them but here it seem appropriate. You're character however you played him or her was lost trying to find their true identities (Beyond who they physically were) The drifting into obscurity.

It's such a damn waste that a game was released too early. KOTOR II had the potential to be the best game of all time. Still, it's very decent. The music still gives me the chills :)

@HEYitsALEX100 Probably not because Bioware is going to publish a MMO based and Kotor in which the conflict between the Republic and the real Sith is the main plot. We might be able to find out what happened to Revan and the exile but you won't meet them in the game because it takes place 300 after the events of Kotor.

The lack of finding the HK factory bothered the heck out of me. I played that damn game 100 times through trying to figure out what I wasn't doing right, just to find out it was a red herring the whole time.

The one thing i didnt get, and still dont get, is how the Ebon Hawk got wrecked and crashed, then fell down that pit... then still came flying out of Malachor V without a scratch... i think this game was supposed to have a way bigger and better ending, but time and money were running out fast...

Dude, you can tell in the cutscene how beat up the Ebon Hawk is. Lucasarts made Obsidian rush the game our for Xmas 2004, ahead of it's Febuary 2005 expected release. So Obsidian had to cut a lotta stuff from the game. The HK factory, a confrontation between Darths Nihilus and Sion, and other stuff as well.

I loved this game, it got more into the history of Revan, the war, and his former master. I wish TOR was straight after KOTOR 2.

In the LS ending they hint at TOR, kreia saying "Revan will need warriors; Jedi and sith, and allwho know the way." in TOR you choose right from the start. My guess is that you end up finding what revan and the exile found.

The reason the end of KOTOR 2 was so bad is because the game was never completed before its release. The game was suppose to be much longer and have more content but time and money constraints forced the game to be released early.

If you are wanting KOTOR 3, then i'm afraid you may be a bit dissapointed. there will be no KOTOR 3. but they ARE making an MMORPG based on KOTOR, which i suppose IS Kotor 3 in a sence.

Kotor 1 and 2 were awsum but the ending for kotor 2 were so gayyyyyy for dark side and light side. kotor 1s ending was pretty good.

A brilliant game with possibly the worst ending. It isn't an ending. There isn't any closure to any of the charactors what so ever. A very buggy game that feels completely unfinished.

KOTOR 1 had a pretty good ending, but left me wanting more.

Never finished KOTOR 2, since I just rented it, but I guess it'll be worth the 8$ or so now.

The one thing I don't like about this game was that whatever side you picked the Jedi would still die.

the exile is told to be good and a female in kotor 3 and reven evil and a male. Then you choose who to join, malak's appretice (evil), revan(evil), or the exile (good).

I remember being a little bummed at this ending at first, but on reflection it was actually perfect. It seems as though all the exile would want is to sort of drift away...perhaps even be forgotten. This ending exemplifies that mood as does the soundtrack. Sort of remnant also of old westerns that end with the hero ridng off into the sunset...

The MMO just isn't KOTOR to me. KOTOR was a single player, story-based game. The Old Republic MMO is... Well, not. It's an MMO instead. I want a TRUE sequel to KOTOR II.

k my explanation is this. You have just killed a planet, the one that killed you internally so you had to kill it to reconnect with the force to train more jedi because the masters were allll dead.
