Lots of hits on the video lately. I'm guessing there is a defect in construction? Could it be the "drain" or "outlet" at the bottom of the open pond? Or the poximity of the sewer clean-out? I don't know.

No. It's closer to the English Hills neighborhood. 172nd will be punched through here -- a the southern border of the Glenshire development
Is that at NE 116th?
