I find the current Microsoft ad campaign to be embarrassingly condescending to women. Not only do the women in the three ads I've seen know nothing about computers, they need an intervention staged in their home because they apparently don't even know where to go to purchase one. Are you actually trying to market to women through these ads? They all make women look technologically inept and generally clueless. Just another good reason to buy a Mac.

Microsoft is just trying to get everyone off Windows XP when in reality theres really nothing wrong with it.

It also has an ATI Radeon 5770 graphics card with 1GB graphics memory. Cooler Master 912 case with 550w power supply.

If it weren't for my quad core not being a hexa core, my custom-built gaming computer would kick your computer's ass... oh wait... maybe it does. You're probably using some old grafx

@lenoat702 what's wrong with AMD? I used to think that they were just meant to be slower, cheaper processors, but I found that is not the case. This was my first AMD computer, and it really proved to be quite good.

You should at least TRY using an AMD-based computer... they also make great graphics cards since they aquired ATI (and removed the ATI branding recently).

In the real world, all computers are fast that have been made in the past 6 years. Some can do things like play Crysis, others can do things like browser YouTube and e-mail.

My point, we'd have to do a side-by-side comparison of the computers. I'm sorry I acted like an ass in my response though :P

@sonic3243 I have Windows 7 64 bit Ultimate installed and its fast. Why do you have Windows XP installed? It isn't fast at all and it probably gives you a hard time.

I just use my computer for intenet-related stuff like browsing, torrenting, downloading from the iTunes Store etc. I got a good deal on it so that's why I have an overpowered computer. :)
