Yeah, that is a good point. The reason one of the runningbacks from the colts didn't win the MVP was because the carries were split. I think (sorry if I'm wrong) that Rhodes had all the yards, and Addai most the TD's, so Mannings stats did look alot better. But Tuck and the D-Line won superbowl 43. I hate Eli, ok, I hate him, but I don't say he shouldn't have won the MVP because I hate him, I say it because the way the Giants won was, attack attack attack, and Tuck had the biggest stat impact.

Well with the NBA its understandable. The season is longer. But in the NFL. The entire regular season is played in 2007. You wouldn't call the Browns an 07-08 team because they never played in 2008. The 2008 season starts in September. Right now this is the 2007 season and the Giants won. Even on Super Bowl rings it will only say one year on them. Just look at some for yourself.
