I was loving Jasmine's take on this, but after listening to Kim's version, I now think Jasmine's version pales in comparison.

the difference was that Jasmine got far cuse of her cuteness and the fact she was from Hawaii....Jasmine didnt have the richness or the vocal range Kimberly had...

to this day Kimberly remains one of my favorite idol ever.....

on a short list with....Kelly, Tamyra, David Cook, Eliott, Melinda and Jenn Hudson

Good, rich voice. Lot's of potential, but she may have been nervous because there were a few off notes and incomplete, short expressions on a couple extended notes. She's also beautiful!

vocally, she was really great when she sang this song, but no one really compared to jasmine when she sang this song as if it's really her trademark. she was melodic, enchanting and lots of personally to the song. she shined when she sang this song and proved herself to have a spot in the top 3!

i tend to disagree.. i will admit, after jasmine sang it, i thought jasmine may have had a chance to win, but after that performance she quickly went downhill and none of her other performances came close to to that one.

Nah Kimberly Locke is the best. I hate they voted her off. It should of been her and rueben in the finallie. I was watching American Idol rewind yesterday this was the best season EVER!!!!!!!!

I never liked Jasmine... A lot of her performances were very monotone and emotionless. It was like she was a robot who had no idea what she was actually singing. Maybe I'll listen to her version of this song if it's as good as you say though.

kim has an amazing voice.. jasmine had a "good" voice but what made jasmine edge out kim's version is that jasmine was just 000zing with charisma!! she was adorable, and thats important too..
