i like the phrase functional fitness...i don't do ballys or gold's gym...i do parks, pull up bars, push ups with dumbells, that type of conventional stuff...i don't rush any workout i do. i may workout for 3 hours straight. most dudes twice my size and weight couldn't and wouldn't last. i understand that your workout focuses on burst of energy, but i'd like to see that energy last...in a safe functional manner. but if it works for you i can't knock it.
