Speak english, why do you need a translator? You are in a service industry? If I were to walk in a store and get service in another country I would dump the stuff I ordered and not pay for it and walk out.

If you are such a hard worker than why not work to fix your broke fucking country... why not work so hard that you can learn english and come to this country legally.

The integrity would have been not giring them in the first place. I work at a Chipotle now and I can tell you it is an aweful place to work. Only three of the 9 people who work there speak english. They hire people who are probally illegal and treat everyone like dogs equally.
