@JerFhilm I can't speak for all women, but I'm pretty sure it's serious. His voice is very sexy and he can be both incredibly charming and darkly intimidating (in a sexy way). Also, he is very talented and for a lot of women (me included) talent is a very attractive feature.

Alan is so good actor, I just love him! And in addition, I love his clothes in this movie! Especially at 3.40 -> . Maybe because they're so normal and look very comfortable or.. well, I don't know actually but I do like them! :D

God, he was probably first in his prime here, and he plays a guy who is wrestling with emotions for a guy! That would be devastatingly tragic!!!

He just looks like such a dream walking! You just see him, and immediately, you want him badly! It would be excruciating to be rejected. Especially for a guy, instead! It just screams, "Not a chance in hell, honey! Not as long as you are a woman!"

It's that trapt feeling of, "You CAN'T attract him! Ever!!" And your supposed to be one he already chose!
