In the beginning of the video, it was the day of the incineration of the 16th Karmapa's remains. Note the strong rainbow - extremely unusual on a rainless day in the ultra dry atmosphere at that altitude - which is a kind of miraculous sign indicating the incineration of a True Buddha's body.
