I found that so many people left an idiotic and biased comments here, most probably you are not able to own a Subaru, pity. You can't simply judge by watching this clip of the driver's experience, car modification and et cetera, who knows this Honda is stock or heavy moded? And have you seen the speed, the time that a heavy moded subaru did in Sepang? You have to compare peer to peer. A Evo engine drop down a Proton Wira can smoke you Type R anytime la Sohai.

The Subaru easily had you in the straights and corner exits... the games changed when it came to the actual corners entrances & breaking into the tight corners, in that case the Integra was quicker from what I seen. Give it an extra 50hp and it would match the impreza in the straights.

@subcon07 i think NA cars are great, specially in track. for example NSX? the integra tp R can keep up with cars that have more power. there are many things to have in count. the integra revs higher and there is no lag, the power is more constant i think. anyway i love subarus as well. what do you drive?

Most likely a 2.0, JDM used the EJ207 and this being malaysia it's probably a grey import from japan. Either way they both make 300ish hp and either way they're beat a DC5 on and off the track - before ending up in a pile of smoke on the side of the road on the way home :)

From the lines/speed/brake point of the scooby its obvious that he wasn't really maxing out..Perhaps only 50% throttle most of the time. Sort of like GO/No Go/Cruising type. Waiting for friends maybe :)

yeah....the honda was driving BALLS OUT just to keep up with the STI. The subbie was basically just having fun and cruising through, NOWHERE near its limit, while the DC5 is squeeling through every corner.
